Hallo zusammen,

wir haben bei uns Mitarbeiter, die mehrere Postfächer haben, da sie auch für unterschiedliche Firmen bei uns intern arbeiten.

Geht nun der Mitarbeiter in Urlaub, setzt er für sein Hauptpostfach über die CI-Toolbar den OOF und die Stellvertretung ein.

Wie macht man das am Besten für die weiteren Postfächer?

Zusatzinfo: Der Hauptuser hat Vollzugriff auf die weiteren Postfächer.

Wie immer habt ihr da sicherlich eine gute Antwort für mich :)
