Fehlende Grafik in E-Mail Signatur unter Outlook 2016

Anstelle von Grafiken in der E-Mail Signatur (z.B. Logos, Banner, ...), zeigt Outlook dem Anwender nur noch einen grauen Platzhalter an. CI-Sign ab Version 6.0.9 behebt dieses Outlook Problem.

Mit einem Update für Office bzw. Outlook 2016, zeigt Outlook dem Anwender beim Verfassen / Beantworten von E-Mails anstelle der gewohnten Grafiken nur noch graue Platzhalter in der E-Mail Signatur an. Das Update, mit der Version 16.0.6568.2025, wurde am 16.02.2016 veröffentlicht.

 

 
Wir haben das Problem analysiert und die Lösung in CI-Sign Version 6.0.9 implementiert, die seit dem 18.02.2016 zum Download bereit steht. Bitte führen Sie ein Internet Update auf die aktuelle Version durch.
