Guten Tag,

einer unserer Kunden hat CI-Mail-Policy im Einsatz und vor kurzem wurde die Umstellung auf Office 365 durchgeführt.
Wir haben On-Premise noch einen SMTP Server (Server 2016) installiert und leiten die Mails über eine Transportregel an diesen Server weiter (wie im Handbuch beschrieben). CI-Mail-Policy wird nur für das Anhängen eines Disclaimers verwendet und das funktioniert soweit auch.

Mails an bestimmte Empfänger werden allerdings mit einem NDR abgelehnt wenn diese über CI-Mail-Policy verschickt werden:
550 5.6.11 SMTPSEND.BareLinefeedsAreIllegal; message contains bare linefeeds, which cannot be sent via DATA and receiving system does not support BDAT

Laut Meldung sollte die Ursache ja beim Server des Empfängers liegen, welcher diese linefeeds nicht unterstützt. Kann man hier aber vielleicht im CI-Mail-Policy noch etwas anpassen?

Hallo Herr Mair, den Fehler sehe ich heute zum ersten Mal... Bin an der Stelle überfragt. In CI-Mail-Policy gibt es dafür keine Einstellung. Ggf. hilft dieser Artikel weiter: https://support.microsoft.com/de-de/help/2998901/smtpsent-barelinefeedsareillegal-ndr-received-by-exchange-online-or-eo Im Speziellen: "If the sender cannot correct the sent messages, or if the gap must be bridged until the message format is corrected, the recipient can create an inbound transport rule to append a disclaimer to the messages from the problematic sender. The disclaimer will append the expected CR-LF combination to the message so that it can be delivered. (This disclaimer may consist of a single character such as a period or a dash.)" Hallo Herr Guenter, danke, wir werden zunächst mal eine Ausnahme für die betroffenen Empfänger einrichten und an diese ohne Signatur schicken. Aktuell betrifft es nur 2-3 Kunden. Ich lasse Sie wissen falls wir eine Lösung finden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Philipp Miar
