Hallo,

Wir brauchen eine Lösung für user die mehr als eine Signatur verwenden wollen.
Ich habe bereits 5 verschiedene Signaturen für unsere 5 Standorte erstellt und die user sind in den verschiedenen Gruppen im AD so mit den Signaturen verbunden.

Nun haben wir aber auch Mitarbeiter die Emails für zwei Standorte zum Beispiel rausschicken möchten und zwischen zwei Signaturen wechseln möchten.

Ist das irgendwie möglich und wenn ja, wie kann ich es einrichten?

Hallo, Sie können einfach über die Signaturen Schaltfläche oder innerhalb der Signatur mit rechter Maustaste auf eine andere umschalten. Sofern mehrere Konten vorhanden sind können diese im Menüpunkt "Benutzer" auch automatisch ermittelt und zugewiesen werden. Grüße Manfred Büttner
