Ist es möglich bei den Abwesenheitsnachrichten zwischen internen und externen Mitteilungen zu unterscheiden, bzw. nur interne Benachrichtigungen zu aktivieren?

Hallo, ja das ist möglich - sofern Sie den CI-Out-of-Office Manager meinen. Hier haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Option "Automatische Antworten an Absender außerhalb meiner Organisation senden" zu aktivieren. Eine Unterscheidung zwischen internen und externen Abwesenheitsnotizen (also die Nachricht selbst) ist ebenfalls möglich. Ganz so wie Sie es von Outlook her kennen. Die kostenfreie LITE Version unterstützt das nicht. Hoffe das hilft. Bei weiteren Fragen, gerne auch telefonisch melden.
