Hallo zusammen,

ich will mit CI-Mail-Policy unsere Smartphone-Signatur einsteuern.

Dazu habe ich im Smartphone die Signatur "%%smartphonesignatur%%" angelegt.

Im Mail-Policy dann eine Regel per Wizard, im Body wird danach gesucht, in der Aktion dann ein Benutzerdefinierter Disclaimer, mit der Einstellung, diesen Text zu ersetzen. Klick auf "Test Disclaimer..." funktioniert.

Dann eine Mail vom Smartphone versendet.
* Die Mail kommt ohne Signatur an, der Platzhalter ist aber noch drin
* Der Bericht liefert die Info, "Action result: Nachricht verändert".

Leider komm ich nicht an die eml-Anhänge dran, da die von unserm Virenscanner entfernt wird.

Wo kann ich noch nachschauen, woran es liegen könnte?

Hallo zusammen,

da ich keine Berechtigung habe einen neuen Beitrag zu erstellen schreibe ich hier rein:

Wir haben aktuell das Problem, dass die Schriftgröße der Signatur auf Smartphones deutlich kleiner angezeigt wird als der selbst geschriebene Text. Im Outlook am PC sieht alles normal aus. Der Text als auch die Signatur sind als Arial 10pt formatiert. 

Das Problem tritt auf allen Smartphones und verschiedensten Apps auf (iOS Mail App, Outlook App, GMail App).

Woran könnte das liegen?
